Steve,

A couple of ways of doing it:

1 - Uncheck the check box in Options|Global that blocks you only having one
project open at a time then load both projects and select, copy and paste as
you desire;

2 - Select your MIDI track and choose File|Export|MIDI.

Thanks Tim, before I go,
The other question, is there away of exporting and importing midi, as I have

two projects almost identical so I was thinking I could edit the one project

and just import the edited midi info to the other project.
