Copy and paste?  Meaning that you could open both projects then, go to the
MIDI track in one, copy the data from it then, control tab to the other
project and paste on to the other MIDI track.

Thanks Tim, before I go,
The other question, is there away of exporting and importing midi, as I have
two projects almost identical so I was thinking I could edit the one project
and just import the edited midi info to the other project.
