You'll need sighted assistance. But you might accomplish something with the 
JAWS cursor after you've had some sighted help.
Once you and your sighted assistant have found some of your favorite
sounds, save each one as a track template.
Also remember that it is not a drum module. It is designed for the
remix artist market.
