Did you migrate your preferences when you ran Sonar 6 for the first time?  What 
audio interface are you using?  Are you using asio drivers?

  when I load an audio music file and I start to record my voice on an another 
audio track the Sonar never stop just keep playing and recording for ever
  do you think it likes my voice hahahaha
  but when I do the Same on Sonar V5.2 on the same computer it works fine.
  what you think is the problem here I use real effect on a buss
