[ddots-l] Re: Sonar 6.2 problem

Hi George,
Did he try uninstalling everything to include Jaws? And,  did he try to
reinstall Sonar?  I realize that it is a long process, but I did this
sometime ago when I had similar problems.

I've a feeling there's a simple solution here, but just can't think what it
might be.
 
A client has installed the very latest CakeTalking for Sonar, but the menus
don't speak, though everything else appears to work.
 
He did have J-Sonar on his system, but believes he has removed it OK.
 
If he removes CakeTalking, the menus read, but of course he can't get any
further after that.
 
Anyone got any thoughts?
