Jeff:
I think that hypersonic is accessible out of the box as far as loading patches
and the like, and all kinds of parameters show up in the synth rack view.
Gigastudio is really a pita, though some folks have been able to use the vst
version. I was using the rewire gigastudio with sonar but gave up because it
is such a resource hog and makes things quite unstable. One of these days I'd
like to get the cs80 plug. The original synth had some pretty awesome sounds,
just listen to some of the early '80s tomita recordings.

Subject: [ddots-l] Soft Synth Accessibility and HSC
Hello:
With the SFZ and HSC compatibility of Sonar 6, are any of the following
synths any more accessible now?? I'm really not interested in tweaking, but
just having access to the already made presets and sound libraries.
Steinberg Hypersonic
Tascam Gigastudio
Arturia CS80v or Mini-moog
Native Instruments Complete
If not currently, are they candidates for HSC revamping??
Thanks
Jeff
