Hello,
Recently I purchased Sibelius Speaking version 3.1.10. Everything seemed to
be going fine during configuration, but because I didn't have a desktop
keyboard, I was unable to get anything done in a score. So, today I went
out and bought a desktop keyboard and was about to type some notes into a
score, but when I want to tab into the score to begin note input, I got the
message"Not a purchased Copy." This was after I used my registration code
to download it from the site. I had uninstalled it once to see if I could
put it in a different JAWS directory, but after finding out that I couldn't,
I just had it reinstall in JFW 6. What are some possible situations that
would make Sib Speaking behave this way? And what are some sollutions?
Thanks,
Bobbi
P.S. I dunno if it makes a difference, but I never did fill out that online
form mentioned in the "Welcome to Sibelius Speaking" document, but I went to
submit it and it gave me an error saying that the document couldn't be found
on the server. So, not sure what to do here.
