It may be that Phil is correct about the alphabetical thing. But what I was told is, it depends on the order of installation of the cards. With Jaws technicians you don't know who is correct. I've dealt with some fantastic techs, and I've dealt with some who couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. What you do is, pray before you call tech support, and you ask for favor.
