Is there a CT for producer and one for studio? Could it be maybe that you
have the wrong CT scripts? Probably a very dumb question, please excuse my
ignorance.

Yes, I'm doing exactly like that. When I press Shift-Down arrow, I can not
move the cursor at all and I get no response. And when going back to the
trackpane I can navigate normally.
Bus pane works on 2 other machines with Sonar 6/Sonar 4. Both of them with
the Pro version.
On this machine, I'm running Sonar studio edition 6.2.1 and Caketalking
6.2.5.998.
