you have to click on load sample not load program.
with CT5, Gord said that with CT5.2 SFZ will be accessible.
but when CT5.2 is ready for download? only God knows.
with JSonar and HSC you can with sight help set a hot spot to click on it.

This may be a stupid question, but what is the Sonar plug-in manager? I'm not sure that I've ever heard of that is it the same as the insert soft synth menu in the insert menu? If not how do I find it and how do I get into it?

Aaah! You're probably wrapping it in directixer aren't you? Use the regular plug-in manager in Sonar. Don't use directixer. You are not pressing the right button at all.

In the files of type there are 2 options. The first is VST program files FXp and the second is all files. When I set it to all files jaws reads both of the file names in the SFZ folder. However when I hit enter on the kick drum SFZ file I get a dialog box from directixer saying unrecognized file format the file may be corrupt. When it's set to the first one Jaws says list view zero items.

Have you checked the "files of type" combo box? If it's set to something that excludes sfz, it won't show up. So for example, if I go to open a file in something, and it's an mp3, but it's set to open files of type wav, it won't see any mp3s, even though they're there, and it will say zero items if there are no wav files in the folder.
