Karen,
To import the instrument definitionfiles into Sonar, you hit alt O.
Then choose "instruments." Then select the Motif XS as your
instrument. Then hit define. After that, you import the files by going
to the brows option, and selecting them from where ever you have them
stored. Hope that helps.
