How usable is cyclone? and how do you get about playing or loading the files
on to it?

It really depends on the kind of loop you want to play. I use cyclone to
play short things like hits or stabs from the keyboard. Also, if you are
playing a loop but don't necessarily want to play it all the way through all
the time, you might want to use cyclone.
