[ddots-l] Question about Midi recording in Sonar.

Hi, I was recording a Midi project in Sonar. All of a sudden, each time I press 
record I get a message saying "Out of Record" and I get no recording metronome. 
I cannot record. I have closed and opened the program several times. It 
worksfine in other projects but everytime I want to continue to record on this 
particular one, I get this message.
