Don't know. However, if it is then, that would be a separate purchase. I would personally go for the Sonar 8 upgrade as Sonar 8 is even more stable than 7 and you can run with lower latency in Sonar 8. Plus you get a ton of extra goodies.

It doesn't matter really. You could register your new Dimension Pro serial number if you like. I am assuming that you have updated all of the Dimension pro stuff E.G, downloaded the add-on packs etc and installed all that stuff? If so then, you would just need to install the Hollywood FX pack which I think is on the second DVD.

I just bought Sonar 8 Producer and as much as I am looking forward to all the new features, I was irritated to have to buy Dimension Pro again. I even have a new serial number. So what about my other copy? Is it better to uninstall it and install the version that ships with Sonar 8 in order to get Hollywood Edge etc then reinstall the expansion packs? I am upgrading from Sonar 6 so perhaps I should uninstall everything and start over?
