download links did not exist or were broke. I've just tried again jus
tnow and the same thing is happening. If anyone who has it would be so

You need an effect to do this, check out scratch down, i think it does what you want... Note, i don't think this would be part of the mastering process, 
not even mixing, this is probably still production...
