You scan vst's under options, global settings and the VST plug-ins tab. You then add the folder where the plug in resides you want to scan and hit the scan button. Some of the buttons aren't labeled, but most things will read just fine with Jaws. Inside the cakewalk folder, go to share utilities. In there, is the plug-in manager.chm file and the plug-in manager executable.
