I just have verified my prior suggestion. It is definitely not a problem =
of
JAWS6. In this case in Sibelius go to File-preferences, arrow down to =
menu
and shortcuts, now in this huge dialog verify if move up or down a staff =
is
enabled and if the shortcut is there.

Are you working with JAWS6? Could be this keystroke is assigned in de
default.jkm. To verify make a passkey in Sibelius (insert-3) followed by
control-alt-up or down. If that works this way. modify default.jkm. just =
=3D
a
suggestion.

Of course, there are multiple staves, becauseI opened a sample orchestra =
=3D

score with 22 staves.
Also, someone actually looked at the monitor.
I tried different scores that sibelius provided as sample, blank scores, =
=3D
and

the ones I made before.   None of them works.
I did control+alt+ up and down.
Every function works fine, except that alt+control+up and down.
I can go to different staff by pressing f5 quickly twice, but not=3D20
control+alt+ up or down.
I've been using sibelius for like several months and created some big =
=3D
band=3D20
charts for project, so I know the basic stuff.
This is first time I encountered this problem.
Every time I press control+alt+up or down, it seems there's problem with =
=3D

Jaws script or something.  I can't even nevigate within the staff at =3D
all.=3D20
Can't move to next bar through arrow, doesn't read notes right =
either.=3D20
Everything works fine until I press control+alt+ up or down.
