[ddots-l] Re: Oppinions requested

I haven't had time to look for them lately but sound fonts are a real flee 
market.  Of course there are good ones but the bad ones are so bad.  Any good 
sound is worth paying for but don't buy anything you can't sample first.

  I asked yesterday about sound fonts you might be buying. No one mentioned 
any. I'm wondering if the over all feeling is that it's better to wait and swap 
and get free ones? Like I said I got some really great ones from digital sound 
factory, and a few good ones from the sight Jeff reccomended  where the fonts 
were free. Just wanting to ear from some of you who've been doing this longer 
than I have. Thanks for any help or advice you can give me.
