I can confirm that Atmosphere is no longer available.
I got my copy from Ebay, but beware, the licencing system they have might
seem a little confusion. Basically, the seller has to get permission to
transfer the licence before they can resell it.
The patches are accessible for Atmosphere and it's well worth it if you
can pick it up for a good price.
I haven't heard Omnisphere to a great enough extent to make a judgement,
but I do own Trilian and the accessibility is pretty ppor and just accessing
patches is a real test of patience.
