sounds like an outlook problem and not a jaws one.

Please forgive the off topic message,
Anybody have this problem: in outlook express, deleting a message will
sometimes go haywire and delete everything--as though the delete key got
stuck in the pressed state? It is frustrating to delete one message and
then have jaws say delete a dozen more times quickly as evry message in
the inbox gets deleted.
Sorry for the OT, is there a better place to ask this question?
