In the Device Manager try disabling them, and then reboot. Then let the 
hardware wizard take care of the setup. Be sure that you have JAWS set to 
start automatically, as you'll need speech right away.

My files extensions are now showing up. Thanks much guys! But I have another
problem. For some funny reason my CDDVD drive is not showing up in the my
computer list view. What must I do to get it back?
