[ddots-l] OT: USB label printer?

Hi.  This is sort of OT but sort of not at the same time I guess.  I can't
write well anymore, I lost my sight ten years ago.  I need to find a way to
label packages I mail and things that I burn for students and clients.  I've
seen some USB label printers on various sites but they don't give much
detail.  I went to a local circuit city and best buy as well as office max
in the past few weeks and they are out of stock.

 

Is there a little label printer that would allow me to type an address or
other such thing on the computer, in a text editor of some sort, and then
print just a single multi line label?  This would be very handy for me to
have.

 

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
