[ddots-l] Re: OT JAWS Ins F11 sometimes doesn't work

Phil,
I did solve the problem but I did it in a decidedly visual way.
I had to take the mouse by hand and place it on the task bar over one of
the items in the system tray. There after, selecting an item in the
system tray through the INS F11 command, would in fact bring the
application specific menu up instead of the Arrange Icons etc menu. I'm
still a little upset hat I had to use a visual solution to this problem.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hmm, sounds like ether your icons aren't arranged properly or the mouse
is in a funny place. Try
this: when on the desktop, press the key combination Control and Home.
Jaws should say something like, desktop, not selected and the name of
the first icon on your desktop. At this point, do a right click. This
should bring up the arrange icons menu. Choose, by name.

That should do it.

Regards, Phil Muir
