Windows XPSP3 isn't officially out yet however, I have been running the release 
candidate here with 
0 issues.  You will find the SP3 release candidate on this page:

Then, do a JFW search for the following:


WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe

Then, arrow down to the "Download button, and press the enter key.
