Hello All,

I've just started using Sibelius and Sibelius Speaking earlier this
week. I am very excited about this software and am grateful to everyone
who worked towards getting this to work.

I have a trouble shooting question. When I press control plus F5 in
Sibelius, to load the staff layout into jaws memory, I get the following
message:
This function failed because a Sibelius Speaking plug in failed to create
an initialization file.

I've run all of the tests, including installing the Sibelius Speaking
plug ins, and they were all successful. When I was setting everything
up, I had Sibelius Speaking installed before I downloaded and installed
the upgrade to Sibelius 3.1.1. Do I need to re-install Sibelius Speaking
3.1 after upgrading from Sibelius 3 to 3.1.1? Could this be the source
of my problem?

How important is it to get the control F5 opporation to work
successfully? I've noticed that when I use the goto function, F5, while
doing the tutorials it always drops me in the piano B staff instead of
the piano A staff, even though everything I've entered is in the piano A
staff. Is this related to the failure of the control F5 opporation?

Can anyone direct me toward a solution?

Thanks much,
Bill Stevens
