What are you using for a sound source? Are you using a hardware synth? You can press control K 3 times to turn on the audio click.

The tutorial says there will be clicks at the set tempo when I start recording, but I'm not getting these clicks. I'm having to just count off the tempo before recording which is kind of annoying. I'm sure there's an easy solution, but it's escaping me. Dave No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
