Hi,
Here's a response from Mackie and it seems like good news for the long term.
I'll ask them to try to push the 1202 manual to be updated soon. If you need
something else ask me and I'll ask Mackie.
Albert

Albert,

I forwarded your inquiry to our Technical Documentation guys.
They responded to me that in Adobe Acrobat 7 this is possible to secure PDFs
but still allow text to be extracted.
They will begin doing this for product manual PDFs.

Are there any specific manuals that you need in terms of "unlocked" PDFs? If so
I can pursue getting those to you.

Best regards,

Hi,

Your manuals (PDF form) have their content extraction flags set so that blind
people can't read them. Can you please change this?

I work for a company that helps blind musicians use the latest computer
technology and we've resold some of your mixers to these musicians. I,
personally, love your mixers and recommend them to everyone!

Thanks,
Albert
