[ddots-l] Re: MotifE.S./Sonar4!!

I also have my local control turn off and put my boards in sequence mode! Is there anything else I need to change on the Motif itself? Like in the utility f5 midi screen/ s.f.1 screen? Holla back!

Alright!, I finally have all this stuff configured as far as my Mo E.S., Triton Pro, Proteus 2000 Module with my Delta 44, Motu midi express 128 8 in 8 out midi interface with my Mackey 1604 board goes! I have the Motif as my main midi controller board within Sonar 4! Now for some reas, when I record using a Motif instrument within Sonar, the first note of the first measure doesn't record! Now this only happens with the Motif sounds on Tracks 2 and up! It doesn't do that on tracks 1. It also doesn't do that at all on any of the tracks when I'm using a Triton or Proteus sounds! I have my boards in multi/sequence mode and all the ports and channels are assigned with the instrument definitions also!! P.S. When I sayMotif Instruments, I'm talking about the piano's, guitars, basses etc. etc. etc... It doesn't seem to happen when I'm using the Motif Drums neither! Has anyone Else had this problem? Is there some setting within Sonar I have to change or something?, like in Global/projects dealing with the midi sync timing or something? Holla back anyone! Driza out!

There you will find the definition files for the Motif
ES. The file is not tailored specificly for each Motif
(es 6, es 7, es 8.) All you need to look for are files
for the Motif ES, if your Motif is an es.
