[ddots-l] Missing ttsseq.imi file

Hello all, I'm using Sonar producer 6.2 and am attempting to send a local on 
message to my synth, however after following the instructions in the ct 
tutorials on having this feat accomplished, I can't find the ttsseq.imi file.  
The closest thing is, something like tts.rez.dll, anybody with any ideas?
