[ddots-l] M-Audio Axiom 49 Bryan Smart you there?

Hi to Bryan or anyone else using an M Audio Axiom 49 keyboard controller.
Is there an easy way to assign the knobs and faders so that they work with Sonar 6 soft synths? Reverb, sustain etc. work with the TTS1. 

I thought that there was a "preset" for the Axiom 49 with Sonar 6.
