  Hi everyone-
  I recently purchased a yamaha motif rack es, the newest sound module from 
yamaha which was just released in may i think.  I can't seem to find an 
instrument definition file for it anywhere.  I am going to be using it 
connected to a midisport 4x4 interface along with a roland sc8850 and a roland 
xv5050, the ladder of which i'll be receiving soon.  The roland instrument 
files seem to be included with sonar 4 so i don't think i'll have any problems 
using them.  Does anyone know if an instrument file for the motif rack es has 
been created yet?
  I've been using the roland sc8850 for a while now and it is already all set 
up to be used with a sequencer when it's turned on.  Does anyone know if the 
roland xv5050 or the yamaha motif rack es needs to have certain parameters set 
up before being used with sonar?  I'll look it up in the manuals but i was just 
wondering because I am new to the whole concept of hooking up synths together 
and using a mixer etc etc.
