hmm anybody else think there should be a FAQ about latency issues?
There's no way it should be a half-second.

learn that my voice is echoed back about a half second late. Is there
some other switch to check? I seem to recall that there used to be in
Sonar 2.

you can do this in the track that you're recording on.
