[ddots-l] I have a major Problem!

Hello everyone, I was wondering how come this happens?
Whenever I paly my keyboard or drum machine in sonar,
the sound echos back, almost like I had a delay effect
on it. This doesn't happen when I first open sonar,
but once I try to record it does fromn then on out.
What's going on?
