[ddots-l] How to automate BPM delay

Folks,
I want to create a stereo BM delay. I also want that delay to
cut in and out at specific points in my audio track. How do I create a
stereo BPM delay where the repetitions pan in various directions. Also,
how do I only have the delay available during certain portions of
certain tracks?
