[ddots-l] How many numbers should be in the serial number for sibelius3?

HI list members, i'd like to know how many numbers should be in the serial
number? I have twelve numbers but when i enter these numbers, i'm still unable
to continue with the installation of sibelius. Is there something else that i
need to do? I have jaws version 6.2 installed. I hope that is the right
version for sibelius 3! I would appreciate any assistance that anyone can give
me.
