I struggled with that too until I was give a link in a previous message to a tutorial.

they provide the command line for you, now I can just export as MP3, saves a lot of time.

funny. here i found a dialog where i should enter a commandline with variables for my encoder for example lame.
well, it made big files, to big files.
there are to many checkboxes, so I decided to encode my mixes with a standalone program.
i import it as wave.
