Depending on how many outputs your soundcard has you could use
something like a number of instances of winamp and make a few
playlists in the order you need them so that you can alt tab to your
various winamps. If you have a mixer, which you probably will for
radio, then simply PFL between your winamps.

Alternatively, Radioman is accessable apparently but costs lots of money.
