Yes Steven: sounds like you need to adjust the latency setting of your audio
interface from within Sonar. Alt+O then U will get you where you need. I
believe it's on the General Tab. you will probably have to experiment a bit
with different settings until it sync up correctly. Robert.

Subject: [ddots-l] Having a minor issue and I am stuck
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone can help. This week I ereinstalled Sonar
and CT on a new computer. As of yesterday everything seemed to be
working fine, but I have not tried to record until now. ON an already
establish song, I just tried recording my saxophone (tried it both
direct and through a processor), tried it in both channels, and when I
play back the horn comes in a bar early – it is not even quite one
full bar. I have never encountered this, but I’m thinking is related
to the reinstallation and is some setting within Sonar. Has anyone
seen this before and know what I can do to correct it?
Thanks.
Steve
