[ddots-l] Getting the Hiss Out

Have some old audio tapes I want to put on CD. I notice quite a bit of tape
hiss coming through, and wonder what would be a good set of Graphic or
Parametric EQ values to put in to remove most of it.
I don't have sound forge.
