You may need to set the thru point beyond the actual end of the song if a decay
is being truncated.

I tried the bounce to tracks feature, but unfortunately, the audio cuts off
where I don't want it to.

Well, you would have to have configured these synths to output into multiple
outs when you inserted them. I'm not sure if play has multi out capabilities
or not. Have you had success with that? If this doesn't work, you may want to
insert audio tracks and use the bounce to tracks feature instead of freezing.

For example, I have three channels of StylusRMX, 3 channels of Kontakt 4 16
out, and 6 channels of Play.

      Hi, it's Annabelle.
I know how to freeze a softsynth in Sonar, but I'm wondering, since I
want to divide the softsynth into individual audio tracks, instead of having
all the audio on one track, how would I do this? When I try to click on the
"Freeze Track" option in the "Freeze Menu" of the "Tracks Menu", JAWS says that
the "Freeze Track" option is "unavailable". In other words, the "Freeze Track"
option is greyed out. How would I make this so the "Freeze Track" option is
available?
