Maybe I'm wrong, but works with me this way!
if you dont have any audio track, make a bounce to track, so, with a audio
track you can use the Audio Snap, and get a project map tempo!

Hi guys: I'm trying to get Sonar's metronome to align with a freely
recorded project using the (Fit To Improvisation) feature. I've followed all
the steps in CT's tutorial to the letter and it's not happening. Has anybody
been able to get this to work? If so could you shed some light on how you got
