I'm not entirely sure of your question, but you can select the type of EQ curve, and in this case, it sounds like you want a low shelf. So, you set the band frequency to where you want the shelf to start cutting, and all frequencies below that will be attenuated. You can also use a peak dip, and have a broader Q.
