[ddots-l] Drum loop explorer trouble

I can play the loops but when I hit enter to insert them, they no longer 
insert, When I  go to a track that already has loops inserted from a finished 
project, and I play the loop, I Get a real funny sounding echo, and of course 
the loop still won't insert. Could it be I need to have the loops in a specific 
location, I wouldn't think so though, cause I've been able to access them 
before.
Has anyone else had a problem like this and how did you solve it?
