Hmm, that doesn't sound good!

 

Have you tried reinstalling the extra packs?  If that doesn't work then, I
would put a call into Cakewalk.  Also, it's best to store your Dimension
pack on a separate drive, as they take up quite a lot of space and anyway,
it's best to have samples stored on a separate drive.  The same drive as
your audio will be fine..
