Jay:
You probably need to go to the global options menu. On the audio folders
tab, tab over to the box that says "load normal template on startup" and
check it. Then press enter. Close and restart sonar and you should get a
template at startup. We did get rid of a lot of the cutesy sounds. Track
navigation should not be sluggish though.

Subject: [ddots-l] Default Template In Sonar 5
Hey guys,
I just upgraded to Sonar 5/CT5...questions?,
1. I no longer seem to have a default template. If I go to open a
project, all the templates are there, just no default on start up. Is
this the way it works now?
2. Also, I'm not getting any navigation clicks when moving from tract to
track as I did in CT4...still getting the sounds for solo, mute, etc,
though. Again, normal?
3. No wave file "please wait" greeting on startup or when coming back to
Sonar, just JAWS saying "Welcome back."
4. And the response is very sluggish when moving from track to track.
Is all this normal for CT5?
