[ddots-l] Ct 5.2 Meter and Scrubbing Bugs Updated

Hi,

I posted about meter and scrubbing bugs yesterday. I found more stuff regarding those two.

1. Meter
The meter bugs only apply to the old projects that I created before ct5.2.
If I create project with ct 5.2, whether I arm or unarm, ct 5.2 reads the meter fine.
It might be good to study templat configuration changes between last public release (I think) ct 5.16 and the current release 5.28 to see what might cause this behavior for old templat and not current one.

2. scrubbing.
It seems CT disregard the slection when I split the clip. The from and through time stay until I split the clip. When I split, it makes from and through the same. That's why if I press ctrl+enter, it just select everything.

Other wise, it looks fantastic so far.
