[ddots-l] Coyote ForteDXi sample synth

Bundled with the latest Band-in-a-Box is a DirectX software sample
player called ForteDXi, made by Coyote Electronics. I haven't
tried the 30-day demo yet, but it plays .gig GigaStudio files, so
the sounds are very realistic. Also, it's only $40 to register.
So, I'm hoping it's accessible!
