[ddots-l] Controller Keyboards etc.

Hi all,

Could anyone please help me with the following queries? I am anxious to
get together a MIDI system that I can use in conjunction with my Pentium
4 PC on
which I am running JAWS but am a little confused by some of the
possibilities. I am an amateur musician and would therefore prefer a
touch-sensative keyboard
of reasonable size (not less than 76 keys).

1. I see that the M-Audio Pro Keys 88 is one of the keyboards sold on
the Dancing Dots sight. There is also a Keystation Pro 88 by the same
manufacturer
which appears to have a lot more flexibility as far as control is
concerned but no built-in voices (unlike the Pro Keys 88 which appears
to be a full digital
piano). What are the relative advantages of each and how accessible are
they for a blind person?

2. What are the main differences between the two versions of Sonar?
Does the more expensive one have more effects and instruments?

3. If I was able to purchase a Yamaha Motif, would this be accessible
and could it be integrated with the Sonar software and Caketalking?

4. Would I be able to acquire further instruments and samples for use
with any of the above keyboards and Sonar?

Thank you for taking the time to read these rather basic questions. I
look forward to hearing from some of you soon.
