I'm trying to learn how to manipulate clips for detailed audio editting, and
one thing I would like to clear up is the way in which sonar reports the
length of a clip in the clips properties dialog.
When I split a clip, for instance, between measures 23.1.1 and 24.1.1 (mbt),
then open the clips dialog for the selected clip, sonar reports the length
as 2.1.000The clip is one measure in length, but sonar has an odd way of
saying that.
It identifies the start of the clip as mbt 23.1.1--which is right, but I
don't get this length field. This same odd length representation also shows
up in the paiste dialog. Can anyone explain it for me?
