[ddots-l] Cake Talking 3 authorization code?

Hello Bill and/or anyone who can help,
    I was one of the Dancing Dots customers who was able to get the free 
upgrade from Cake Talking for Sonar 2 to Cake Talking for Sonar 3. I never 
received an email or snail mail package with a new authorization code. How 
do I go about obtaining one, or can I use my previous auth code for my 
current version of Cake Talking?
